Like a conductor, he coordinates the solution development based on the value chain. He leads all contributors and ensures that the project is carried out within budget, resources and time constraints.
Our UX designers put Design Thinking methods into practice, analyzing in depth end user characteristics, expectations and needs, to design a right and most efficient customer journey which will enrich his experience.
Odyssée Product Owners put their methodological expertise and their knowledge of customer’s business at the service of the project. Their objective: create the maximum value from the product development, by gathering stakeholders around common goals, and leading them in a constant concern for continuous improvement.
Our business analysts provide the knowledge of business procedures specific to the sector in which they are specialized. As real facilitators between business and IT development teams, they define business challenges, carry out specifications and ensure quality control. They also adopt an educational support approach, in order to guide all stakeholders towards the design of useful solutions, meeting the real needs of users.
The role of our Quality Analysts is to implement operational tactics that guarantee the right product quality level to the end user, by acting on two dimensions: scalable and existing. Besides testing strategy execution, they also work on iteration speed, by automating as much tests as possible.
At Odyssée, we consider that the role of the Scrum Master is to take into account the specific context of your company, in order to support the various stakeholders in the best possible use of Agile frameworks. Our Scrum Masters coach and guide project teams on a daily basis seeking operational performance, for the benefit of the end user.
